Staff were nice. Just the room I stayed in had some water damage or some type of maintenance issue with the ceiling. Many pieces of it were falling on to the bed and beside it.

There is no reception. The room had no TV, phone,,no temperature control. It's in a great location near art gallery, park and restaurants.

Very clean property. Bed a bit hard, but slept well. Excellent refurbished bathroom. A couple of glasses or mugs would have been nice. Good basic lodging for great price.

The place is convenient and close to tourist spots and subway. I think the price is ok and the only thing I didn’t like is you can easily hear what is going on outside the room ( conversations, creeking sounds of stairs and floor as well as doors. You can’t really go to sleep and rest early. Gets quiet by midnight.

It was really bare bones but, it was clean, safe and close to everything so, I’m quite happy with my stay. The street is quiet too so that was nice but, the noise from the hall when people were coming in and out was pretty loud. Still, it was reasonably priced and everything else was fine so, I would recommend it. Do note though that you should bring your own blow dryer and anything else you might need because there was nothing but a fridge and a microwave at your disposition, and a couple of body towels.

It is exactly as it is presented, very basic room with bed. The building is old so there are gaps around the doors that let a lot of sound in, and old windows allow for outside noise. But it was clean, easy check in, no-contact easy check out. Exactly what I needed at a decent price.
