We stayed here during the ice storm as we waited for power to be restored back home. My father was also struggling with an ankle injury. The staff were spectacular: polite, available, willing to help, and kind. Front desk staff helped me get a first floor accessible room so my dad wasn’t struggling to get around the hotel. The staff were very kind and helped keep my dad comfortable, trying to find chairs for our room for him to rest on. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Aside from the food being delicious (butter chicken was excellent!) they allowed me to work from a booth while my dad rested in the room. I cannot speak more highly of this place. Thank you for a lovely stay during a stressful time.
