Quick overnight stay but currently the area is within a major construction boundary. Seems like the hotel is within the flight path for Toronto International Airport as there were quite a few planes flying directly over the hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast was included which was good. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper so the noise of the planes and being beside the elevator didn’t help. If you need quick access to major highways then this hotel will be quite convenient.

Barely satisfactory

This property is ready for a remodel. Additionally a major infrastructure project prevents easy access to the hotels' rearward facing entrance. Very confusing especially at the end of the day after a long drive! And there is no signage to direct traffic correctly through the construction! The common elements, lobby, etc are satisfactory. The room we had was an upgrade but it was hot and dry and the air conditioning was noisy to run at night. Linens,, blankets and pillows,towels were all ok but barely so! Front lobby Service was sufficient. Parking, unsecured WIFI and a mediocre self serve breakfast were available and included in the room rate. It is ok but only if you pay a rate lower than the other hotels in the area!

Very nice hotel, but pillows are not great

The room was very clean and well set up. The hotel itself was very clean and appears new. Lots of towels in the bathroom. The shower was very good. Although the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not. All four of them per bed were exactly the same. It would be best if two of the four pillows were soft so that it could accommodate people's preferences.
