The front desk staff were unfriendly to the point of making me feel like an inconvenience. There were no concierge services in the hotel - just a shop that overcharged worse than a vending machine would and a restaurant that had terrible food. The place was filthy and the breakfast was rubbery. The “complimentary shuttle” didn’t run between 1 and 3 - the precise time that I needed it after my flight got in late. So I ended up paying $25 for a taxi from the airport - which is the most I’ve ever paid for an “airport hotel”. For a place that calls itself an “airport hotel”, it’s sorely lacking in any of the conveniences of such a place. Trust me, I’ve stayed at many! The room was freezing when I got in because cleaning staff had all of the doors wide open in the hallways. I used the in-room heating but when I went back out in the hallway, I froze again. All in all, a terrible experience. The only good thing about it was the guests in the pub. But the bottle of wine I bought for my room - because of course there was nowhere else to get wine - was $30 for a bottle that normally costs $10. For a hotel like yours, you’re charging exorbitant and unreasonable prices for extras.

It was a good stay. I didn’t have any expectations for this place cos of the review online. I only stayed there a night but that was enough to convince to come again. I love the bus shuttle that was provided and the breakfast too. Hotel staff were nice as well. Great service
