I like that they have a pub to the right of the hotel and a restaurant to the left of the hotel! Very friendly staff. Met the friendliest bartender in the pub last night.

Our one night stay was okay overall. The best things were the comfortable beds and the breakfast. Staff were mostly friendly. The hotel is very dated and rough around the edges. However it is an economy stay. You get what you pay for.

It is a basic hotel. Perfect for a nights sleep while traveling in and out of Toronto Airport. The staff is helpful. It is older and clean. I like that the windows open. And rooms in back are quite quiet. Reliable shuttle service. Price very reasonable.

Partly my fault found out hotel didn’t have an elevator. The shower would randomly switch temperatures to extremes and the lighting is too dim. One lamp didn’t have any outlet nearby. Room is clean although outdated.

Took a shower at around 7:00pm. Went from ice cold to scalding hot. Bit of a challenge to get clean. Not sure why there would be a problem at that time of the day? However, the shuttle service was on time, very personable, it was great.
