The property was as expected for the low price point. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room, while spare, was clean. “Continental breakfast” was poor. The juice, yoghurt, toast was fine. Pastries, eggs, sausages were inedible.

The hotel itself is fairly rundown. The actual room was clean. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Not mindful or demure. Also at check in I was told the shuttle would run every 15 minutes but to give 15 mins notice just in case. When I went to ask for the shuttle I was quoted 45 so I ended up having to take an Uber. I give it a total of 2.5 five slays out of a possible 7 slays.

This is an OK place to stay for one night before flying out somewhere. Very date, carpets felt damp in the room, could hear people talking in halls and hear thumping of footsteps in upstairs room. Bed very uncomfortable. Expect to hear constant sound of airplanes overhead as it IS an airport hotel. Breakfast was basic but decent facilities and kitchen staff worked hard to keep food in supply and clean off tables.

Very nice ladies at front desk. Don’t eat at the pub attached. My drink and food were both really bad. Oil is so old. Hotel is good for what you pay. Dated but clean. Not very good sound insulation.

Had a good stay. Would be better if there was a microwave in the room. Had to walk all the way to the lobby to heat up food. Also the airport shuttle dropped us at the arrival, which was weird. It's one terminal over for departure flight. Had to walk all the way next terminal and upstairs to check in

I always enjoy my stay. I love the convenience in proximity to the Congress and International Centre for the Gift Show. I love the restaurant and that it is open until 11 and also the convenience shop ! The staff are always friendly too!

The closeness to the airport and shuttle service was excellent! The evening staff at check in were a little cranky. Checking out the front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was on the second floor and there were places I felt I might fall through! Very tired and worn inside.
