Comfortable stay
Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is in a great location. Staff were attentive and polite. The room was however noisy being on 3rd floor. I was wrongly charged with a bill from the cafe. I only noticed later when I received the bill by email. I was still in town so I went to talk to the receptionist. They assured me I had bought something at the cafe so they went to get a copy of the receipt. It was a simple receipt with no name so I had to insist to see the receipt with signature and name. When the receptionist acknowledged it was not my receipt, they corrected the matter in no time. Mistakes happen but they should have checked the charge with me at check out.

I had the opportunity to organize my trip to Toronto rather swiftly, which necessitated a very thoughtful budget. I discovered that this hotel offers quite reasonable prices, and I was fortunate to receive a discount through Expedia. I desired a hotel in a central location, and this proved to be an excellent choice. Conveniently, there is a metro station nearby, as well as a Shoppers open 24/7, a McDonald's, and several other restaurants that operate non-stop or late into the night. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The rooms are impeccably clean, and I was truly impressed by the level of cleanliness. The bed was remarkably comfortable. Additionally, Church Street is in close proximity and provides a wealth of entertainment options. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for what we needed, close to our evening venue and also central to getting to the market the next morning. The room very quite large and had a comfortable bed. I could have used more pillows but never thought to ask. The shower pressure was good and overall very nice place to stay.
