The shuttle doesn't operate after 1:30 AM, so when I arrived I had to pay for a taxi to take me and my family to the hotel ($43)

My stay was pleasant however it was rather loud one night due to a teenage hockey team creating havoc in the halls. That was highly annoying. Aside from that everything was very nice

I was greeted by friendly fellas at the desk and was given a very comfortable, clean and cozy and affordable room. I could stretch out on a couch before heading to a sound sleep. I couldn’t hear any human voices nor airplanes! The bistro lounge has a beautiful fireplace, a tv where I watched some hockey and had some delicious fries with dipping sauces. I booked again for my trip back! Thanks to al the hard working staff there. You are much appreciated! 💟

Not a restful stay and paid more then my booking.

my charge for my stay was higher then the pay at property price promised on hotels.com. city tax added to my bill but was not informed of this showed up on my email receipt. very thin uninsulated walls could hear your neighbours talking, the tv and even the microwave peeping. also lots of noise late at night. It went on over an hour before i had to call and complain and well over 15 mins after the call. This hotel is next to airport and I understand there will always be noise but airplanes all night long kept us awake flying above.. I have stayed in airport hotels many times and never had an issue with the noise level. overall not a restful stay for our party of 2. my young daughter and I barely slept and she had to compete in a sporting event. At checkout I was asked if I had a restful stay I said not really and the response I got was sorry we were busy.. Plan on following up about the prove discrepancies.
