The room was clean. Comfortable bed, sofa, chair etc. Good quality furniture with attention to detail. Clean bathroom with no water clog anywhere. Nice lamps with switches in convenient place to turn on/off. Easy to use thermostat to control room temp. Friendly staff. Overall very satisfied. Saw a racoon near the trash at night. Not sure if that is a problem in Toronto area. Perhaps something could be done to prevent it.

Overall our experience at this hotel was fine. Nothing spectacular. Upon check in, the attendant was not at the front desk and took a few minutes to come from the back.
