Wasn't aware a credit card needed for damage deposit - didn't have one with me, and they wouldn't accept cash payment. Claimed they had no way to issue a refund afterwards on the cash deposit. They left me sitting in the lobby all night with no sleep while the room that was booked and paid for sat empty and unused. I ended up having to log in to work and start working the next morning, still in the lobby with no access to the room. No flexibility to adapt or allow for simple human decency and compassion - money first at all costs - no consideration at all for the guests. Didn't even offer a refund on the room for that night. Absolutely terrible. Completely disgusted. And staff just kept saying, "Sorry, it's policy, there is nothing I can do."

There was no prior warning but there was an annual fire alarm service scheduled when we were there from 8am-5pm. This did not allow sleeping in. We stayed here during a Taylor Swift concert and would have really liked to be able to sleep in after our concert. The coffee maker in our room had all used pods in the dispenser and that was just gross. Didn’t even bring it up with house keeping who didn’t even stop into our room apparently.

The staff was ok. The tv in the room did not work and the heat system was making alot of noise the entire night. Cleaning staff kept knocking on the door before check out time. It was just not a great stay and ive stay here multiple time.
