Stayed here when travelling for business. Really appreciated a proper office chair and a movable desk that allowed to have professional Teams and Zoom meetings. l prefer Courtyard by Marriott when it's available because I value its tasteful decor, comfortable beds and attentive service.The rates at this location reflect the fact that it is an older building and not all the floors have been renovated. It is adjacent to the Old Peking restaurant, however, its Marketplace selections as well as the cafe on site could be improved. The day shift staff is fantastic but the night shift staff really needs more training. The room was very clean and the mattress was great. I would bring to the attention of the housekeeping manager that the bedding requires better pressing to meet Courtyard by Marriott standards.Gym and pool are great. I would stay here again.

Zero customer service you can expect. FYI no bottles water. you have to beg for housekeeping assistance. i stayed 2 night, they didn’t even charge our towels. i booked a king bed room where the restroom offered a terrible experience. you cant just use the toilet at all because the designer designed it for people who has one leg only :/

Great hotel, at least before
This particular room I had seems to be in poorer condition compared to the rooms I previously stayed in. There’re flayed carpets at the foot of the wall the bed is next to, and there’re lots of visible dusts in the bathroom air vent. The shower sliding door doesn’t close fully, and overall the room felted like not maintained as well as some others.
