The area from the parking to the hotel lobby was unsafe particularly at nights. My wife Uma fell down, tripping and in the process, broke her right wrist. This happened March 13 night and we spent the whole of Friday at the hospital to get it treated. On hearing this, there was no helpful response or compassion from the managers on duty. On Friday, we came tired out, and requested for complementary meal and breakfast next day. The coupons were granted. We usually have a glass of wine with our dinner. This request was refused. Overall, I think the response of the hotel management was callous and uncaring. There was no follow up enquiry or any sign of concern during and after our stay.

Free Hotel Shuttle

Only stayed for 2 nights, overall it’s a great place to stay. However, there’re two things that affected my stay. 1. Free shuttle from the airport: I was told by the email saying that there’s a shuttle every 30 mins in two locations. I waited at Terminal 1: Post S1 Ground Level from 5pm to 5:50pm, almost an hour, but no shuttle bus showed up. So I’m sure if the shuttle bus actually exists. 2. The gate: if you are driving, there’re two machines/gates to get out, sadly only the left one(the one closer to the hotel) works, the other one is broken. Again, overall, apart from those two issues, the stay was great. The front-desk was helpful and very nice!

The rooms were incredibly small. The first night our flight was late and we got in around 12:30 AM and ended up having to change rooms because one of the beds was broken and seemingly off its hinges. Every single day we had to ask for extra towels because only 2 were ever in the room and extraneous charges were added and we asked about it and they said “it should rectify within 3-5 days”. Wouldn’t recommend
