Nav was great during checkin. Room was on the top floor so had a great view! Definitely recommend putting the do not disturb sign up if you don’t want to be woken up though, housekeeping knocked at 9am each day. Room was clean, bed comfy and shop had everything I would need with the easy option to bill to the room.

Hallway needs updated
Clean room with newly renovated bathroom. Disappointed that there wasn’t any microwave in the room. I liked the location. Shuttle service to the Airport is on point. Front staff is pretty friendly. Be prepared to leave a $100 deposit on your credit card.

Really had a great stay at Crown Plaza however I wasn’t happy with a few things. The bathroom sink wasn’t sucking in water quite well. Everytime we used the sink all stains would stay in and that wasn’t nice at all. Literally had a dirty sink. And i really don’t understand why we need to pay for parking yet we already paying to stay. Parking is soo expensive $30 for 1hour or more:(

I have travelled often, but not compared to lots of others. I can say, from the from the front desk to the man driving the shuttle, everyone was incredibly polite welcoming and friendly... clearly interested in ensuring our stay was as perfect as possible. Truly impressed

I love the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good my only complaint is that I was at the airport for one hour or more waiting for the shuttle it was very inconvenient because I was there with a baby and a toddler but other than that the hotel was great!
