1- over check in process, staff didn’t mentioned anything about parking fees and when I called from my room, there was another receptionist who wasn’t pleasant and told me it’s my business to ask about parking, I can’t imagine a customer who travelled for hours through different airports to remember all these details. 2- the receptionist didn’t gave me my breakfast till I asked for, as if it is not there!! 3- for a hotel called 4 stars, room is so tight, amenities is not the best, 2 stars hotel has the same. Coffee, tea and coffee maker looks for the previous century. 4- noisy, many students were in the corridor shouting and laughing. 5- room wash room and room door seems to be soo tight. 6- bedding is excellent. 7- breakfast is very good. 8- check out was easy

Nice stay. Good location close to multiple restaurants, easy to access public transpo. Took around 40 minutes to get to union station with the UP train. Also a quiet and relatively private hotel.

The front desk staff were terrific. Had lunch when we got there that was good but a little overpriced. We noticed that the same garbage was on the hallway floor the entire time we were there. Cleaning staff did not replace face clothes. We were on the top floor and found it odd that we had to change elevators to go from the 11th to the 12th floor. Also air conditioning was loud and the planes overhead kept us awake at night. Otherwise a nice place to stay

The bathroom fan was coated in dust the AC didn't work well room was very warm not very impressed the shuttle driver was reckless I mentioned it to the staff but haven't heard from them again probably won't stay again
