Amazing bed!!
The most comfortable bed!! Loved the pillows so much!! Reception was very nice. Only small comment is I had a room on the 12th floor and reception didn’t tell me I had to take the elevator to the 11th floor, get off and then take another elevator to the 12th. I searched and searched and then had to go back to reception.

Hotel is fine, parking is a rip-off
The hotel was fine, but the parking..... The room was quite small, the bathroom was as well, but it was modern, clean, and fine for one person. I knew it was near the airport, so I asked for a room away from the airport noise, but the traffic noise from Hwy 27 all night was worse. But the real problem I had, I screened for hotels with free Wifi and free (I thought) parking. The Crowne Plaza came up, so I booked it. When I check in, they tell me it’s $28 for parking! I said I was pretty sure parking was included. They said no, when you screen for “Parking” it just means parking is available. No mention of cost, or how much it is; none that I could find. And there are gates to get in and gates to get out! I can park overnight underground in downtown Toronto for $6, and here, in a large suburban light industrial area, it’s $28? For surface parking? I was there for a little over 12 hours. I’m going to ask for my money back for the parking, but whether I get it out not, I will not be staying NOT be staying here again.
