Our TV kept blacking out for about 30 seconds and then come back on for about 30 seconds...it was so late when we got back to the room, it was not reported. It was annoying since we needed the background noise to fall asleep.

Nash was exceptional on our arrival , he went above and beyond . The room was great , comfortable and very clean … the only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in the rooms. Other than that great place to stay , this will be our hotel of choice while in Toronto. Thanks again Nash☺️

The staff was kind and helpful but the price for the size of the room and no extra services are kinda expensive. If I wanted free breakfast I would need to pay an extra $20~ and this was not inclusive of the $100 per night I already paid for 💀

We had a very pleasant stay at Delta hotel. Love the atmosphere and the decor. It was beautiful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Room service was excellent. Amenities were great. Kids enjoyed alot. I would suggest including a breakfast to make it complete for a stay.

The rooms were good, but entrance to rooms was not accessible, hotel restaurant was often closed and early before scheduled closing. Rooms were not very accessible no walk in or roll-in showers. Online Accessibility description needs to change. I would say over priced for what was offered.

Overall this hotel offers good service. The staff is very friendly, polite and willing to assist. The main issue I had was being presented with a bill which I was asked to sign which stated that an amount of $21.62 CAD was due for breakfast which was prepaid when the room was booked. The staff tried to explain that it was for their internal accounting purposes. This process needs to be reviewed. The bill should also include the prepaid amount to avoid any misunderstandings.
