Easy to get to from outta town, staff were great, easy vallet parking system, great restaurant, the elevators were nice and easy to find in the lobby and were quick to get to ur floor for pick up, and they don’t make any noise

Absolutely amazing trip this is the hotel I normally stay at when I'm in Toronto and it never disappoints only complaint I'll ever have is when I'm stuck on a lower floor staring directly into another building and not just looking at the CN tower

This hotel is my absolute favorite place to stay in Toronto. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. It’s always an excellent experience when I stay here. I will always choose this hotel over any other. Highly recommend it. Beautiful views of the lake and such a clean and high end place to stay. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Excellent walkable location! The hotel itself and the restaurant/cafe are great! The staff are all very nice. The pool and hot tub are small but clean and the gym is in great condition, everything works. The location can't be beat - very short walk to all the tourist destinations downtown. Perfect for Raptors, Leafs, and Blue Jays games!
