I liked this hotel and I would stay again. I like that we didn't have to use the ac/heater in the chilly part of May. The hot water worked well in the room. We did turn on the heater once which smelled I hair curling iron burning hair.

We specifically chose this hotel because it had onsite parking and was a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Union Station, Scotiabank, and Rogers Centre. It was a great choice. I was so pleased with the service, the cleanliness, the quiet hallway (even though the hotel was fully booked). It was truly fantstic.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to poor service from some of the staff. I requested a plate, but it took a long time for them to bring it. At the same time, I had ordered food through Uber Eats, but the hotel did not allow the delivery person to bring the food up to my room. When I called the front desk to ask them to bring it up instead, they told me, "We don’t touch your food." This lack of basic service and hospitality was very frustrating and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.
