One of the best hotels I have stayed. I travel for work and go to lots of hotels. This by far is the best service I have ever had. My family thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

We had to bring the bikes in the room because, there weren't secure place to put them. The parking lot is 45 a day. There's less expensive parking lot just in front.

Hotel was lovely and in central position in the city. We booked a suite as our daughter was with us and wanted a small kitchen . On arriving we booked in & advised that my husband had Gold status (entitles to get free breakfast , points etc). Because I had booked through hotel.com they would not honour this . I did not know this as otherwise would have looked at booking directly. Had to ask downstairs for bowls for our cereal - none in cupboard. Also toaster only warmed the bread . At this stage I just could not be bothered again to complain . Why have a kitchen if very basic things aren’t there , or don’t work properly. Apart from this it was a good size room with separate room. Good bathroom and beds comfortably
