We were unable to get through to room service for anything. Unable to order food for room service, as never an answer to phone. The shuttle to and from airport was difficult to navigate. Restaurant was closed a lot. Overall an ok place to stay.

I wanted to spend eight hours at night to sleep and take flight early morning. The room they gave me was close to elevator and hence a lot of noise plus shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. They had free shuttle to airport and that was good help.

Only 1 USB port worked in the room making it difficult to charge devices after international travel, the phone in the room wasn’t working to ring the main desk and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.
