It was not disclosed to me that they have an early check in fee. I asked if the room is ready then the hotel staff checked me in, during check out day I asked if the $100 hold will be back in my card, that's the time they mentioned to me that they will deduct the early check in fee in my hold.

I did not fine the bed comfortable only cause I don’t like soft beds nor soft pillows. But it is a nice hotel but I don’t believe just because someone uses debt for a security deposit they should be charged an extra fee. Bank card or credit, it’s money. I also maybe didn’t realize I had to pay parking, I can see overnight guest but already a guest at the hotel shouldn’t but it’s my opinion. But overall nice hotel.

Check in was absolutely awful. The lady was rude and she stuck us in a room on 3rd floor with the view of a nasty roof. We are Hilton members and have stayed at this hotel tons of times but after this experience I think it's time we find a new hotel. The check out experience was just as awful.
