We arrived 44 minutes early wanting an early check in if possible but the front counter staff said they were dealing with issues related to a new computer system. It wasn’t allowing them to see what rooms were clean and available. So we did wait until 3:00 to check in. The fitness room is small and could use a through cleaning of the equipment and machines. I noticed ants inside the hallway going towards the pool. We were upgraded d/ t the delay in checking in. The suite we were in was very nice and clean. Staff were nice as well. We wanted to go into the small store in the lobby but it never seemed to be open. Odd hours.
