When I arrived at this property, I was approximately 45 minutes early when I went to the front desk to check in I politely started to say hi. I’m here a little bit early and I was going to say I was hoping it might be all right if I check in early. Before I can even finish my sentence I was cut off by the attendant at the front desk simply say ID and credit card. I believe her name was Pravneet, it was by far one of the most rude encounters I’ve had while travelling. During the conversation, she was unfriendly she cut me off when I was trying to speak several more times I was not over sharing for over explaining myself. She did it back. Let me check in early, but overall the way she spoke to me, was utterly rude and dismissive.

Poor communication this time !!

Unfortunately I did not have the visa for my flight so didn’t make it to Canada. I did email the hotel but got no reply.. which I find very frustrating as I have stayed at this hotel before and everything was perfect. My score is only a reflection of them not responding back to me.
