Disliked: Amenities
Well priced considering what other hotels are charging.
These are one room suites on a second floor that just need some tlc. Checked in early and staff was accommodating & friendly. Small kitchen & bar fridge.
The room did not have a window but did have natural light from skylight. Bathrooms have been upgraded and has dryer. Tim Hortons & Mcdonalds on corner. Few restaurants and bars in area. Tram stop at corner. Toronto hospital around the corner.
You get what you expect. While not the best or the cleanest, the bathroom and bedroom were both clean and comfortable. We did let the reception know when we were checking in and out so we never waited in front of the office. Overall it was nice
No bathroom in my room which I would not have booked had I known that. The bathroom was around the corner and was only for my room but inconvenient. Not easy to find as it has a different address location. Would not stay there again
Staff was very nice and welcoming, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was good, I would definitely come back

Disliked: Amenities
Because I cannot get into specifics, you cannot get a hold of these people. I do not recommend them. I don't know how they have good reviews. It was near impossible to get a hold of them and it ruined my family's trip.

Don’t think the room had been cleaned properly from the previous person
Staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was great for walking around and exploring the part of the city that we wanted to be in. But the dinginess and visible lack of cleanliness in the room, as well as truly bare necessities made me not want to stay there again, despite the low cost and being used to cheap travel. Manageable for a night, but I don’t think I would want to stay for two.
Great service with a kind and flexible reception. Good price for the room. Comfortable beds, clean, no issues with the place whatsoever. My only issue is that the room does not come with a coffee maker or a kettle for tea.
This comfortable hotel is hidden at the intersection of Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West in a large building on the south.Contact staff to check in and book available parking if needed as the desk isn't always manned. The room is attractively furnished and the bed was firm, as I prefer. There is a kitchenette complete with stovetop and there are cooking utensils included. The ensuite bathroom has a great shower ! All said a great deal in a neighbourhood with plenty of dining and entertainment.

Liked: Staff & service
We love staying at this location when we visit town as it is across the street from a venue we come to town for events. Its simple, has a small kitchenette area with a toaster which is what sold me for this hotel.
