Great little spot in a fabulous neighbourhood. Nothing special and fornthis visit (room 205) I loved the view of Dundas Street and the exceptional bathroom. Clean and comfy and convenient.....the most amazing value. Looking forward to my next visit.

The absolute best way to ruin a vacation, we were only able to arrive late at night as our flight landed late and had an hour and 30 minute drive to this hotel but walking in at close to midnight and the room not being cleaned at all was not fun. Dry boogers all over the sheets, loose hair on bed, bathroom sink and all over floor and no money refunded back to us. We were there for a total of 8 minutes and trying to find another hotel that doesn’t break the bank and midnight was not easy. Having to pay out of pocket at that. There was no apologies from the owners/workers. This property shouldn’t even be an option when booking. Absolutely disgusting! If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Bare Bones Cheap and Clean Room
This is a very basic "hotel".. Clean but if you are on the street slightly noisy.. They will not clean your room unless your request it.. I am a guy so I felt safe but the area is slightly shady. Would recommend for a male business traveler who is looking to safe cash. I would say here again, Room was up a flight of stairs.. Keys worked after the thrid or fourth try yet always worked.

Place was not as bad as the reviews make it out to seem. Very comfortable and good value for the price. Obviously not amazingly clean but definitely to be expected for the price.

This place was very unkept. There were bugs/ cobwebs all over. Staff was never on site and extremely difficult to get a hold of. I would not recommend this place.

Can't beat downtown Toronto for the price, this is my second stay here. As long as you're not looking for anything fancy just a place to rest and sleep, you'll be happy to stay here.

I stayed here so I could be very close to Toronto Western Hospital, where my injured son was being treated. If I had a choice, I would not do it again. This inn does not deserve a 6/10 rating, and I am suspicious of many of the reviews. The skylight in my room leaked - badly - during a summer rain (streams of water, not drips). The toilet only flushed when I used a plunger. The bed and pillows were extremely hard. The towels and sheets were stained. The bathroom smelled of sewer gas and I had to cover the shower drain with a towel. The rooms are not serviced daily, and even when you ask for fresh towels or bathroom tissue it often takes more than 24 hours and repeated visits to the front desk before they act. The front desk is frequently closed during the day for no apparent reason. The television was only usable via an antenna, which was nailed to the wall of the room. The air conditioner was not fully functional (broken controls) and was extremely loud (grinding and rattling sounds).

If you are going to TIFF on a budget one of the best place to call home for a couple days. 20min or so walk to TIFF. And close to China town and wine bars and stuff to do around.

Hard to find the office and it is separate from where you are staying. Toilet was broken, cleanliness in the room was not great, the walls were very dirty.

The rooms weren't dirty, but they were somewhat grimy and could use a more thorough cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. When we were ready to check out, we couldn't because no one was at the reception, so we had to leave the keys with a neighbor.

The worst motel i ever stay. Room is dirty and bed is not stable. Every move makes a sound and i arent heavy (52kg). Hair dryer not working and receptionist not contactable on operation hours.
