Sooooo disappointed

This hotel should be closed because the way it is dirty I wonder how on earth it is still open. Stains on bed, chair, walls, curtains, I mean why not change them and I realised I didn't read the reviews before. When we arrived we were given a used room, I drove almost 10 hours so I was so exhausted so guess how I felt? So disappointed since I just wanted to have a nap but had to go down to get it changed. They say "suites" next to their description but trust me it is more like a very dirty standard room. The TV is not even smart so we were forced to watch local channels. I mean, everything is wrong. The breakfast is packed I mean who does that?? I appreciate the people working because we all need a job but for real it needs to be looked at by the local authorities because it shouldn't be accepting paying guest. Had to spend three nights there and they were just bad moments. We travel a lot but hey we learned a lot with this hotel, always check the reviews, always.....
