This was a really unusual experience. The place was strongly perfumed. I struggled to breathe in the room. We then struggled to sleep as the walls were very thin and we were in a room next to the lobby. The lobby wag loud and there was really loud noise which occurred all night long. The staff was friendly enough but I honestly cannot stress how uncomfortable the experience was. Did not sleep at all.

- One of the main reasons for booking the hotel was the pool service. However, pool was out of service through out the stay, which was quite disappointing. - Continental breakfast was included, however, served the frozen breakfast, which we did not expect at all. - No drinking water was provided. - The floor carpet was wet and had a foul smell inside the room. Had to use room freshner quite a lot - No parking infront of the hotel, had to park at a plaza infront of some other business. - Car's lock alarm went off during the mid night, and the front office staff did not seem to care about doing anything about it. Poor customer service

We really enjoy spending time at this location. Ventilation in the room and more than 2 towels & 1 rag would make the stay better. Not a fan of the bagged breakfast, but the gesture is kind. The area is quite walkable and conveniently located for drivers and transit users.
