The hotel was nice and close to the casino, which we were attending. Fitting for the area?? But tiles were cracked on the floor in our room. The chairs had stains so we didn't even sit on it. We sat on the bed. We had a hot tub in our room and didn't use it because it looked so old. No curtains just roll blinds and we faced the main street, so we couldn't open them for privacy. Carpets in the room had stains and the walls well I'm sure the room would have lite up if we used a black light or luminol. The carpet in the hall had tripping hazards and needs to be relaid.

I don’t recommend this hotel. It looked like it was a homeless shelter. Entire hotel smelled like weed and booze. Rooms say queen beds but they are doubles. I checked in with my 2 kids and niece, went to the room, immediately turned around and got a refund and Ubered to a new hotel. The area around the hotel looked very unsafe. I didn’t feel safe in my room. The staff were friendly and I appreciated that they refunded me.

I stayed at EST Hotel for one night and did not have a gods experience with my room or the staff. The loveseat had cigarette burn marks and one of pillows has a stain. The bedside table was damaged and the floor had stains on the carpet. Front of desk service was bad, I was waiting to check in and they chose to help someone else that came in after me making me wait. Overall, I would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay here.

Absolutely nothing that I liked on the contrary it was terrible. So many incidents, they don't try or bother to accomodate the guests. There is absolutely no manager or a person of a higher position to contact. They are very slow and dismissive to guests as if you're not paying. Extremely stingy with their towels and essentials that should be given to the guests e.i, toilet paper, garbage bags etc
