Very clean. Room is spacious is well designed, and has everything you need. Staff are great. Only complaint is lound venting in the room (heating/cooling), which took a while to get used to get to sleep. Conveniently located near the airport if you are travelling. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes or when it's full, so if you want to get on, get to the front foyer early. You can't enter on to the property without getting a parking ticket, but 30 minutes is free and parking is easily worked out with front staff. $30 to park. Weekly parking available for $120 only if they have space, which may be able to be booked through their website or at the counter. Otherwise there are parking lots in the vicinity, one which has shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0600, so if you have a morning flight, you may not benefit from the included breakfast.

The hotel was nice. There is no city view as mentioned on hotels.com. But our room was nice and we were surprised at how quicker it was even this we were so close to the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

Check in staff was the best. Check out was a dream. Room was spacious and extremely quiet. The bed and linens were high quality and very comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is a lager shuttle bus. Ours was packed to the max on both to and from trips.

Overall I had a good stay at this hotel but it wasn’t perfect. My room was clean and tidy, 5mins walk to terminal 3 and lots of public transit options to downtown Toronto or Square One, but what let down this hotel was the shuttle service to the airport, yes I realize it operates on a first come first serve basis but what I didn’t like was I was waiting in the lobby area 15mins before it arrived, was one of the first people in line, driver announced bags for terminal 3 had to be loaded first followed by terminal 1. Only for other passengers with carry on luggage to jump into the shuttle and take up all seats when I was waiting for my luggage to be loaded. My baggage had to be unloaded and told to wait for the next shuffle service 30mins later, completely unacceptable. Ended up just walking it to terminal 3 and then taking the train to terminal 1. I don’t understand why the hotel can’t offer a booking option for a shuffle time like other hotels in the area.
