Nice and clean hotel. Pool is amazing and warm. Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable. Free breakfast is great. Pet friendly. The Keg is a hop and skip away and lots of other options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Room was terrible. Not as advertised and compare to other couples that booked with us (same cost and advertised room) the room we were given was awful. Other rooms had full fridges, kitchenettes, full couches, and plenty of space. Our room had a broken toilet, terrible shower w/ no pressure, no couch, a small mini fridge, and the bed and pillows were honestly awful. 0/10 would never come back.

Family trip!!

We booked two rooms for our family plus our dog. We also have a senior with Alzheimer's so this may have been our last family trip together. It was amazing. We loved the pool! We enjoyed the courtyard area and felt welcomed. My teens were super impressed!

Right off the bat, the front desk clerk was amazing. Offered great information about the rooms and amenities that were offered. The complimentary breakfast was actually a great selection which usually isn’t the case at most hotels. And for dinner, there are some restaurants right by the hotel which was so nice and convenient for us after a long day out and about. Also the cleaning staff were on the ball! They were so quick to provide extra pillows and replacement sheets and towels when needed. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Element Vaughan Southwest!!

We stayed for 5 nights in the Executive Suite at Element Vaughan Southwest and had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready — but the staff immediately accommodated us by placing us in another beautiful suite until the one we booked was available. This level of service set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and felt just like a home away from home. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, and the team truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Breakfast each morning was amazing — fresh, high-quality, and something different every day, which we really appreciated. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into it. The staff were the highlight of our experience — warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our 5-night stay so wonderful and memorable!
