1. The airport shuttle was great although some rides were delayed by 10 to 15 min. However the drivers were amicable and supportive. 2. The breakfast was the best part of the deal and the mean was great. Freshly served and well catered. 3. The staff especially Rekha was great and she directed me to the right source for catching shuttle bus, breakfast and what I can do within 48 hrs in Toronto.

It would have been excellent if not for one staff

Everything was amazing (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) except for one that almost ruined our stay. We had a terrible experience with the night shift shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport. We were so tired from a 16-hr flight and did not even bother to offer help loading our luggages. When we called him out, instead of apologizing, he had the audacity to blame us for not asking for help. And despite us deciding not to talk to him anymore, he kept explaining that he would have helped if we asked, obviously trying to still justify his laziness and poor customer service.

I really like the hotel. They serve an amazing breakfast with fresh omelettes. It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle at the airport, but after contacting the hotel, we were able to locate it.

The hotel is beautiful, getting into it a bit confusing. There are gates at both entrances and you need a room key to swipe in. I had to park at another business, go check in then pull in and park. The hallway of our floor was full of piled up garbage. The staff were in the midst of cleaning but it was still unsightly to see garbage and dirty dishes when the elevator door opened

Quite a surprise! An airport hotel that's almost five star in cleanliness, staff, room, lobby, and breakfast buffet! Only caveat -- if you have a car, what they don't inform you is that there's a $30 daily parking fee. Otherwise, a find!
