This was a nice hotel close to the event venue we were attending. The only recommendation would be better lighting and makeup mirrors in the rooms. We were there for a wedding and it was hard to get ready without the proper lighting.

Overpriced Indoor Ice Bath

I was able to check in early, and the front desk staff were very nice and professional. The shower in the room had orange mildew in the corners of the shower. The room itself was small but I was by myself, if there was more then 1 adult it would have been crowded. The indoor pool was very cold, I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. I specifically looked for hotels with an indoor pool. There was other guests in the pool area and also said the same thing. I should have taken pictures but I did not.

Room smells bad, service was terrible, things that were supposed to be provided during your stay, you had to ask for it to get it. Such shampoos towels, when we checked in the staff was very rude and she didn't help provide upgrades or extra sleeping bedding for my child one of us had to sleep on the floor on the blanket, thank you for your terrible service.
