Taza restaurant bartender dated 8/12/25 was not only rude but also demanding as I place the order for calamari to go she rang me up and hand me the machine to tap my card as I was getting ready to tap she looked at me and said look at the screen for tip in other words sort of telling me to tip her which I was gonna do it anyways but the audacity of her.Horrible service no smile nothing but attitude

We had a booking for 2 nites and wanted to extend for another day and accidentally booked two days online. Our flight home was that day. In all reality we checked out 7pm on the first nite. So didn’t even stay 1 full nite of extended time. Hotel refused to refund the second nite even though we were long gone from hotel after only 7 hrs Never stay in Sheraton again

Difficult to get to. Restaurant food was good and staff friendly. Day staff on the front desk were far less than welcoming and a failure when it comes to customer service. Room was cleaned sometime in late afternoon. Not impressed. Only checkout option in the early am was self checkout. No staff available. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Hilton is close and much more convenient. .
