Our first room was great...at least we thought it was. It was a conjoining room that was attached to a bunch of young teenagers (no adults in sight) screaming and blasting music. Then the very strong aroma of pot smoke filled our room. It was unbearable. When my husband asked if we could be switched to another room, he was told the hotel was full. Needless to say, I was very unhappy so I called down again after listening to the noise continue on for a few more hours. I used "friendly" wording but a very unfriendly tone. Suddenly, the were able to move us. After we got settled into our 2nd room, it was a much better night.

The toilet began leaking from the base which means that the seal had worn down. They sent a person to have a look at it and he was there immediately but the fix was a towel. We were there because my wife had surgery on Wednesday and was given meds to clear her bowels and she had to get her feet wet every time she needed to use it overnight. While I checked out later all I was given was “I cannot do anything as you didn’t use any other amenities on the property!

Rooms is ok but some things in the room are old and need to be change. Like curtains are breaking with stains on them . Bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Can hear our neighbours beside us watching tv. Room is not sound proof which is hard to get a good sleep. People screaming out and I can hear it. Cars driving outside I can hear it in the room. My kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub. Would I stay again ? Maybe not .
