The shuttle driver for the Airport was rather rude; The fire alarm went off very early in the morning and was not turned off for a long time. 45 minutes after this, the elevators were not working and I had to carry luggage down from the 5th floor.

TERRIBLE HOTEL
Upon booking this hotel I was told my parking would be included for the night and the 6 days I was out of country because this is a “airport” hotel. I found out once I checked in from the rude front desk attendant. Staff were rude and the hotel was very run down and our room was dirty! Would not recommend

This hotel is in an industrial area of the city. It is very noisy with the sound of semi trucks and equipment running. The light pollution is terrible. Old and outdated. Not worth the money for a terrible nights sleep before a long flight.
