Good apartment and nice, hard to get parking close by or in the building. The cleaning person arrived at 10:45 and our check out was at 11:00 AM, that really upset me off a bit since they knew check out is at 11 AM. Thanks

First, the help from the people of the company, our flight was delayed and the traffic , patrick waited for 3 hours, he assisted us where to park and check in process, if not for their communication with me ,will be lost, highly recommended .the place is walking distance from every tourist spots

Gantastic location. Right across feom Rogwrs Center, the Steam Whistle, CN Tower etc. Gorgeous view of the harbor. Negative: it is suppoaes to be dor 3 people but the covertible cpuch is small and very hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom outdated with no hooks. Overall very clean with a comfotable bed.

I stayed with my 3 teens and we all loved it. The location is perfect. Everything is on a walk distance. We were at the 20th floor with beautiful view on the city and waterfront. You will hear the outside traffic, but not your neighbors. Communication will Globalstays were easy and efficient.

The communication upfront was excellent, but then poor once we arrived to receive our keys to the apartment. All furniture was from ikea and not stable. The one bed was duct taped together underneath and the mirror in our bedroom was all duct taped up. As many other guests complained, you will not get your security deposit back- they found 3 towels that had marks on them from being used and claimed they could not be washed.

Do not book with this company. The communication is horrible, and you will need to coordinate with them to arrange check-in, check-out, and if there are any issues. In my case, I had several questions that went unanswered, and noticed some kind of plumbing leak, with a wet carpet and odd smell. Despite alerting Globalstay about this, they ignored my messages, then attempted to charge me for damaged I pointed out to them after they did nothing about it! While the buildings themselves are very nice, and the location for downtown Toronto was perfect, it simply isn't worth it, given the lack of communication and having to deal with their unethical attempt to charge money that guests are not responsible for. Do yourself a favor and avoid the scam and find a better place to stay.

Great location. Check in would be better if the person meeting spoke better english. I had two questions and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was saying, resulting in a few phone calls back and forth. Room curtains could use a good clean and vacuum the floors other than that was clean room. Kitchen had everything needed and beds were comfortable enough.
