! Be aware ! We booked a suite advertised as 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom. Got 2 bedrooms and a third bed was stuck into the dining room and the dining room table was crammed into the living room. Shower was broken in one bathroom and took 2 days to get fixed. The pluses were location, easy access to transit, pool and lots of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies.

Could use some cleaning and repairing of walls, bathmat for safety, someone to respond to the clogged bathroom sink we found on arrival, and blinds can’t close fully in living room, towel rack hanging from wall, and kitchen sink water head really needs a cleaning and button missing for spray function. Epected better for a deluxe room. However was very clean, well equipped, roomy, and very comfortable bed.

Location is great but we came to a broken TV, lights not working. No parking fob for the parking we paid for and no access to the pool. The communication was awful and they kept our security deposit for absolutely no reason. Buyers beware.

No staff, I was asked for an e-transfer for the damage deposit 48 hours before my stay by an external email and then I had to ask for it back after my stay (I'm pretty sure it would not have been refunded if I didn't ask), I wanted to know where to park seeing as I was driving into downtown Toronto and was not given any instructions until I payed the deposit and an extra parking fee. There was no staff to talk to, no check in/reception desk to call - very complicated instructions to check in and to park a vehicle. I payed for parking but wasn't given the parking fob to unlock the parking garage door, and once again no staff to talk to. Would not recommend.

Was bit disappointed in the condition of the property. The dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom. The walls could use a spot washing! Windows were very cloudy! But otherwise, was a great location! A Very quiet building. Tennent’s and front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enmities were in walking distance.

This was not a hotel, it was a Global Stay (GS), so there is NO ONE at the facility that can help you. After I made my reservations thru Hotels.com (H). I was contacted by GS about a deposit and paid parking. H never asked for or mentioned a deposit or cost for parking. I think everything should have been thru H. The only way I was able to access the building was when someone came out. Security was very helpful. I had to go to the floor where the unit was, go the the stairway, look for a lock box (there were 9 on that level), put in the code, get the key and then get in the unit. Asking about parking, I had to find another lock box with the parking fob. I was told space #4, level P1, even security couldn't find #4. I was instructed to park in V4. When I complained to GS, I was told I had been given all the needed into. My opinion..... It should have been much easier to understand. The unit itself was nice but the beds were too soft.
