Checked in and had no lights or electricity to most of the unit. Texted the number provided and did not get a response. Called the number, spoke to someone who tried to help. He texted me a picture of the breaker box and told me to flip a breaker, but it was the wrong one because the power did not come on. I ended up figuring it out myself. Also, we had to evacuate the building at 1030pm because fire alarm went off. Fire department came and apparently cleared the alarm. I didn’t see any worker in the lobby telling ppl what the fire department figured out. Tenants/customers had to ask them if it was a false alarm. Not sure why they weren’t better at communicating that everything was all clear. Then, we were awoke to a planned fire alarm test the next morning at about 915am. Sick of alarms at that point.

The property itself was great but the communication needs serious improvement. Also, an unreasonable time to get security deposit back, I felt guilty asking over and over for something that should be standard.

Convenient to everything
It's VERY close to the convention center, Blue Jay's park and the aquarium. If you are here for any of those, this couldn't be better. Parking is underground across the street $30/day CAD which is reasonable. Avoid the surface lot next door, egregious. The Hop on Hop off bus tours stop is a short walk away. The unit is small, but well laid out with a full kitchen. The bed is comfortable.

Had a horrible experience. First time staying not in a hotel and will be my last. No way to contact anyone for issues. No face clothes or hand towels. Only one large pot to cook with and no wine glasses. The couch was horrible either wood digging in to you or completely sink through the other part. Very poor communications with the property person and they never resolved anything first or last. And no I see they charged my visa an extra $200 that was supposed to be a holding deposit.

Fantastic location in downtown Toronto! Everything you need is practically just a step away, including amazing food options and popular attractions. You can't beat this spot. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected for our group of six, but the location made up for it. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The furniture is a bit outdated, but overall, the convenience and prime location made it a great stay.

I loved that the property was beautiful and everything was in order. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. However I was discouraged when parking was not available for me at the property, since I didn’t have a certain pass. The fire alarm going off was also an inconvenience as it was annoying. The amenities like the game room and lounge were not accessible as the key fob did not have access to it. Given said that we did enjoy our stay and had a memorable experience.

The place was amazing. The check-in procedure was difficult and confusing. Be sure to read all of the fine print, as you'll need to pre-arrange a security deposit off-site, and send photo ID before they send check-in instructions. The location is perfect to experience downtown Toronto at it's finest.

Staff were quick to respond to my email inquiries. Building is very safe. Only complaint is that we only had one room key for 8 people. To be fair we didn’t ask if it was possible to get a second key so that’s on us.
