Expedia claimed a shuttle from airport. But does not mention the limited times the shuttle operates. NO shuttle past 9 pm. Put that in your information for future suckers that use Expedia to book hotels. Not enough staff to work the check in desk. Long line of people waiting at 11pm. Would never stay here again.

Nice easy check in process. Had to go back to reception to ask a few questions, and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nextbtime we are in the area in need of lodging, we will definitely look here furst.

Service left a lot to be desired Early flight so we were looking forward to a morning coffee. No pods in the room. Called front deskvand were assured they would deliver. None arrived. Room service has no healthy options. The order we placed required cutlery. No cutlery was included.

We had a long layover at Pearson Airport so were very pleased to stay at this property. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a quick check in. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. Lots of food options in the Casino. Would definitely stay here again.

We only did an overnight stay. It was a very nice comfortable clean room. We checked out the casino it was fun for a couple hours. Had a meal at the restaurant (not the steak place) can’t remember the name the fish tacos were good. Would stay again. Not sure how close it is for shopping it was night when we got in and left next morning.
