The room was clean, staff was amazing. We had asked for extra towels, pillows and cutlery, the staff was always very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic, not far from Roger’s centre. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room was very clean and modern. I didn’t like that the person at the reception was not friendly, barely looked at us. We had to wait a few minutes as the room was not ready and he didn’t even look at us to speak to us. The morning of our check out, they had added our room to the list for early checkout so the cleaning staff woke us up even though we had until 11 am to leave. This hotel has so much potential as the building itself was wonderful, good location and price. Just would need better customer service.
