Clean. It seems like recently renovated and nicely up kept. Flooring is laminate in the sleeping area, that reduces dust in the room. Bathroom is clean and has a multi faucet bath tub. Lighting is great in the bathroom. More than enough towels. All in all great experience for one night.

I booked and paid in full my room through Expedia, the picture showed a room with jacuzzi. This hotel was out of my way but I specifically choose this hotel for the jacuzzi as I was celebrating a birthday. I checked in and got a room without one. I was told by the front desk they no longer have Jacuzzi's but are still showing a room with the jacuzzi on the Expedia. Very misleading. Unfortunately because it was out of my way and so late in the day and we had reservations which would make it a late night, I did not have time to search for another hotel. Very disappointing in the hotel not even acknowledging their mistake or give some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be staying that the Hampton Inn again.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this property. I chose this location because of their wheelchair accessibility and even with a hiccup at the beginning with the room I chose with a roll in shower not being available for three people as it was a king bed unit (this should definitely be fixed on booking) the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist and provided us with shower benches that helped us through. Very friendly and polite service from beginning to end of my stay. Thank you so much 🙂
