We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. The hotel staff did their job but not welcoming. The rooms were clean but could use an update as the decor and furniture are extremely outdated. The best part was the friendliness of the shuttle driver. We would not stay here again.

I talked with two staffs over the phone regarding the airport pick up and both of them were unnecessarily rude. They seemed very annoyed being asked about the pick up service and first one even hanged up on the phone in the middle of the conversation.

I had to vacate my room, 5 hours early for my flight. I sat in the area with table/chairs. It would have been nice to choose a film to watch, relax in a more comfortable area. The pool was nice, but no shower, although signs up to shower before entering the pool! Didn’t see anyone else use this facility whilst ii was there. I got locked out of my room, even after reporting this I couldn’t get in the cleaner rescued my belongings from the room.
