Before I check in I have confirmed many times with the hotel regarding with my early arrival. They all said they will have arranged for me when I am arrived. But when I am arriving they told me there is no room for me I have to wait until 3pm. My flight arrives at 7am therefore I have to stay at my rental car with my husband and my kid. I wasn’t expecting that happening since I already let the hotel know. However, after we check in they assign a room that was close to street. Which I can hear all the noice in my room while I am in bed. I didn’t request for room change because I know they won’t listen and even though they will get you a new room there might be another issue. It was not a very happy present stay at the hotel. However I won’t pick this hotel ever again. Highly not recommend to stay at this hotel if you have young kids.

Very cool retro yet modern style to the place, comfortable rooms with the latest tech (built in type C chargers, room control panel for lights and curtains located by bed headboard made going to bed convenient, motion sensor lights in bathroom etc). Great location - right downtown, close to lots of shopping and cafes/restaurants, main attractions in TO (CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, walking distance to China Town, Kensington Market, etc.) There are cheaper options in the area but this was a very nice stay and would stay here again.
