The Revery Toronto appeared fairly new inside and check-in was quite quick. Issues arose with how scented the hotel was—from lobby to inside the rooms and with all hotel soaps having a VERY strong scent that clings to everything. One of my party is very sensitive to scents and quickly developed a migraine. As well, when using the valet, it took 25 minutes to get our car because they were unsure which car belonged to which guest. We had to go and confirm our keys with the valet because he said the car under our number had already been retrieved…it did not instil confidence about leaving our vehicle with them. Finally, we were awoken with a fire alarm at 1am and more direction and communication would have made the situation better.

My daughter and I spent two nights for a concert and two blue jay games. The hotel is close to the venues. The area was safe and walkable at night. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I completely recommend this place.

We loved the ambiance of the hotel and appreciated the customer service. However, we were disappointed to find that there was no available parking apart from the valet parking. Overall, a great experience!

Only complaint is the bathroom door is a sliding door. There’s a big gap and you can hear EVERYTHING from inside and out. But the hotel was very beautiful, clean and friendly. Would stay again
