I waited at the desk for a long time before I was served which isn’t a problem but they didn’t even look up at me to acknowledge indicate they would be with me shortly. They said the king room that I had booked had yet to be clean, but they could offer me a queen right away. I explained I was happy to wait for the king. That’s when They explained they had oversold the king room that I had booked so I got a queen instead.

Iam a Hilton honor member and as such used to the ambience of their hotels. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that there was a mistake in my check in process and that made me very tired as I had to change rooms. It required me packing and unpacking and the whole purpose of resting after a long trip was almost defeated. Everything else was perfect.
