For years I have been at Hilton Gardens and thought breakfast was included but the cost is prohibitive at this hotel. The remote on the TV needed new batteries, I turned the batteries around and if I would stand a foot away it would work. The airconditioning was vibrating loudly. In the morning we raised the cover plate and it stopped. So the cover plate is loose. On the upside, staff was friendly and accommodating

I travel fairly often and I'm seldom impressed. I'm a clean freak, and I'm amazed with how truly clean the rooms and bathrooms, hallways, laundry room, and common areas all are! The sheets felt new and high quality and the bed was so comfortable I overslept by two hours! Everything seems recently renovated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I extended my stay for an extra night.

The hotel itself is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. You have to Uber, Lyft or bus everywhere. That can add up fast if going i to Toronto all the time.
