We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travels. Checked in seemingly fine. We went to unlock the door, key doesn’t work. Went back to the front desk. The man changed our room with another key, which we came to discover also didn’t work. We went back to his the front desk for the second time (with hauling our luggage). They had to call someone to fix the key sensor, which caused more of a delay. Then we were able to get into the room. By the time we disinfected and settled in, we discover the shower is completely clogged. At this point,it was past midnight and we were exhausted. We reported it next day and were told that nothing can be refunded from the stay as it was paid already but refunded our $14 parking which was comical. Poor experience overall.

I loved how accommodating they were, they allowed us to check in early after a rough start to our trip! They have the cutest dogs that are always around also, a store downstairs with freshly made foods, snacks, wine and some of the extras you may need when travelling! We enjoyed the breakfast as well and the pool and slide was fun!

Nice vehicle. Leave it at home.
My car was broken into (tried to steal it) while staying in the north tower. Under the light post and camera's. The gentleman at the front desk was Absolutely useless. I ask if those cameras worked. He looked at me like i had 2 heads and said. Trail phase. I asked to see the footage and he advised me the hilton doesnt have access to it. I will never stay in this unsafe bulding ever again.
