This hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the service in the bar in the lobby was lacking. The bar area was not busy yet our server failed to come over to our table many times and seemed to favor patrons that were dressed fancier than we were. It took almost 20 minutes just for the server to even acknowledge our presence in the area and after we had finished our drinks we waited almost an hour to get our bill even though it was clearly noticeable that we were finished. Other than that experience the hotel was great.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Early in the morning, someone kept banging on my door, waking me up. What’s even more shocking is that security attempted to open my door without my permission. If I hadn’t locked the door with the safety latch, they would have barged in! I was still in bed at the time, which made the situation both embarrassing and unsafe. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Guests should feel safe and respected during their stay, but this incident made me feel the opposite. I strongly urge the hotel to address this issue and ensure such situations never happen again.
