Beautiful hotel, lots of options for food and drinks. Walking distance to Roger’s centre and lots of downtown pubs and restaurants. Our kids loved the outdoor heated pool.

Room was spacious and bathroom lovely, external areas were quite dirty around our room. Hotel was very busy so there was often a long wait for a full elevator, overall the hotel was really good, expensive but it is city centre. The pool was lovely but a bit small given the size of the property

Initial front desk employee rude and would not allow check in of my company employees using my company credit card. Forced me to drive for two hours to the property to identify myself as the owner of the business and that these were my employees after a 10 minute phone call where I verified and authorized the credit card and that the employees were in possession of the emails confirming the reservations that were made over two months prior. Had no issues previously at that property doing the same thing.
