It's not to the standards of a typical Hilton. Very much in need of a renovation, front staff was not super helpful. The property is super noisy at night with lots of traffic noise. The lobby and restaurants look great on the pictures and are in real life but the rooms feel like a 2 or 3 star room at best, and we were in a suite.

This resort could be the worse out of all the resorts we have stayed with for all our travels all around the world. We booked the kind bed room for 4 nights, and when we arrived, they gave us two full beds. When we asked for change the room, the front desk told us they were all fully booked but could check back for second day. We then tried to make this easier for everyone to suggest that they put the two beds together as one, and they refused to do it. We asked them not to put us in the last room of the hallway, indeed they put us in the room that at the end of the hallway. I am a very light sleeper, and my husband snore sometimes, so we will have to stay in one bed so I can move him a bit to stop the snoring. By staying in two separate beds is really difficult to do that, and it is affecting my sleep in a big way. We were in Toronto to celebrate my husband's birthday and this room situation really ruined the vacation for us. The worst part is that since hotel staff wouldn't help us with combing the two beds, we asked them to make up the sofa bed in the living room so I can sleep in living room. and that is supposed to be done while we went out for the day. when we came back, nothing was made in our room. so we went to the front desk again and asked them to send someone to help us with the sofa bed, and we were told we could just do that ourselves. Not to say that is not very nice to ask the guests to pull out the sofa bed on their own, it is also a great risk to injury.

I will very rarely review a place except when something exceptional happens like in this case Our stay was horrible from the moment we got there till the moment we left. We first got put in a room that was so dirty it was unbelievable the carpet was stained everywhere and sticky the table was also sticky the couches were ripped and the bed frame as well. After calling and asking for support over 4x we head down to reception 4h after and demanded support and finally got switched rooms after the managers investigation concluded that our room had a leak in it which explained all the stickiness and stains. We were moved to another room the carpet in the hallway was all ripped and duck taped I tripped a few times while not paying attention to the steps I was taking and the room although was not sticky the sofas were stained and had multiple rips in them and the carpet as well and the bedframe was also ripped and stained I went down several times to get tea which I was told was complementary with my room but could never get hot water because every time I asked for it they would leave and never come back so I finally ordered one to my room and was charged 10$ for a peppermint tea. What is upsetting is we were promised a call on the same day of check in from the manager once we got to the new room he never called and we are now Sunday, I asked to talk to him before leaving they said he was not there but would definitely call me back at 3 which never happened. It ruined our vacation

Everything was good regarding my stay except for the parking fees that I had to pay for my vehicle. It was not a lot, just $10 a day but parking should be free. Just a thought
