The staff was great at check in. One elevator wss down, which made the wait times long especially on check out day. The walls may be thin, or we happened to have very loud neighbours. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

I used the gym both days we stayed and there were no towels the one day, which mad eit hard to do anything on the floor as there were also no mats. The room was cleab and tidy and housekeeping did come in and make up the beds after our first night stay. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great

We didn't even stay there. We booked through Expedia and then needed to cancel because all the roads were closed due to inclement weather. We tried to cancel or move the date 48 hours in advanced but were denied. Will NEVER use Expedia again

This was a great hotel. When we were there it was the middle of a snow storm. I was a little surprised that they did not have the parking lot cleared very couple hours. But when we left the next day it had been cleared and was mainly. slush.
