One of the elevators wasn't working and there was a lot of people staying there. It made using the elevator hard. I was luckily on the 3rd floor and could use the stairs. But if I was on the 10th floor I would be upset.

It was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room we stayed in was spacious and nice.

I always booked the spa tub big space to soak and relax, only thing I disappointed they changed ugly chair and removed the coffee table.

The staff was great at check in. One elevator wss down, which made the wait times long especially on check out day. The walls may be thin, or we happened to have very loud neighbours. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

I used the gym both days we stayed and there were no towels the one day, which mad eit hard to do anything on the floor as there were also no mats. The room was cleab and tidy and housekeeping did come in and make up the beds after our first night stay. Front desk staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great
