Staff were amazing. Tanya in the dining room went above and beyond even though we arrived a couple minutes late for breakfast. Room is huge and spotless. Reception also very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here now 3 times and will do so again in the future.

Not quite a perfect stay…
Check in: poorly handled. Check in time is 4pm and even though we were there at that time - several rooms including ours was not ready. Waited until 4:30. Then - no bottled water in the room. Son picked up two small bottles and we were charged. No apologies for the delay and nothing as a complimentary apology. No cups in the washroom - just coffee cups by the machine. No slippers and no house cost. Unlike many hotels where membership gets some perks. Room was clean and the staff most courteous.

There was a fly in my room, Initially staff asked me to keep the room door open for five minutes perhaps it will fly out, then they offered to move me after I complained as it kept buzzing while i was trying to sleep. I was too tired to switch rooms, Finally I ended up staying up till i swatted the fly and went to sleep
