Hazard in the pool!

We booked because the hotel had a pool. The pool was freezing and the heat in the pool area was broken. They had put a space heater in the pool area which was a major safety hazard so even if we were wanted to swim in the freezing water, we couldn’t risk our safety. Very disappointing stay.

Was okay, but a big step down from other holiday inn. Breakfast was not good. I just stayed for 10 days at other holiday inns by IHG, this one was rough. Need to get the breakfast back to being good. Old building.

Cold pool & low water pressure shower

i was looking forward to using the however the water was cold as a frequent swimmer the water should be warmer. the shower head in the pool area was leaking and spraying everywhere. it would have been nice to enjoy a hot tub. the water pressure in the hotel room shower was not great.

I give it a solid "meh"

Probably the grossest breakfasts of any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Just poor choice in meats and carb options. Also it was as if somebody played hacky sack with every single banana before putting them in the bowl. Even the green ones were in terrible shape. Coffee was okay but I didn't eat anything. I suspect it was the room next to me, but the whole floor smelled like weed most of the time, and on Thursday night it was so bad that I could smell it in my room strongly enough to give me a headache and nothing was done about it. Cleanliness was okay, some services weren't super clean but I wouldn't call anything extraordinarily sorry either. Just like it was cleaned but not with a lot of effort. Beds were okay, I only had a sore back one morning after that I adjusted to them. Location was very convenient however, close to my training course and close to all necessary amenities. Overall I've stayed in much worse places but also much better places.

I booked this facility for the gym as it was near where my meeting was. Both treadmills did not work and the stair climber was so unbalanced it was borderline dangerous.
