Whenever our room was cleaned they never gave us towels. I had to ask all the time for towels. I have kids so they used them often and when they did give us towels I’d as for 4 and they’d give us 2. Same with the pool, out of 5 days there only one day had towels at the pool had to asks for that. We had a kitchenette room and there was no plates bowls or cutlery. On day 3 I inquired if we’re supposed to have that in there and they said yes. So again had to ask for stuff our room should have came with. Same with the pull out bed the kids stayed on didn’t have sheets had to ask for those. Also the pull out beds are extremely uncomfortable all you feel is all the springs in it. For what I paid for this was not fair. I’ve never written a review before but I feel like this needed to be shared.

Comfortable beds

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, which made our stay relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. However, a few things could be improved — the pool wasn’t very clean, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and the shower head didn’t function properly. The breakfast could also use more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

We had a very comfortable stay. Service was great, our AC wasn't working and they quickly moved us to another room and made sure they AC in that room was working first.
