The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was great. However, we had an issue where the toilet wasn’t filling - which, credit to the staff, this was fixed quickly. My biggest issue with the room was how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were, and how inconsistent the heater was in the room. I set the room to 21° and throughout the night, the temperature ranged from 19° to 23°. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t worth mentioning to staff, but if I were staying for longer, I would’ve raised it to staff to try to get it resolved. I would stay here again, but I would be pickier next time regarding these issues so the staff have a chance to try to resolve these issues.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcome. Upon entering the attractive and cheerful lobby, we had a good feeling. Maqueen at the front desk was friendly, professional and very helpful. This was a great location, close to restaurants and just off the 401. After a long drive, it is always a good thing to find that expectations of a clean, comfortable room and quiet atmosphere, are met. The free hot breakfast offered plenty of variety. I highly recommend the pancakes!

Lot of amenities for the price, the staff genuinely tries to make ur stay smooth and hassle free. 24 hrs check in and check out. Pool, laundry, complementary breakfast, coffee and tea etc. the managers are friendly and efficient. The TV’s could use an upgrade when next renovation roles up. But who watches tv during a visit anyways.
