This hotel is the worst holiday inn Ive ever see. has no customer service at all. I intended to book double queen room, and by accident booked one queen room with sofa bed. Immediately called them and was told i can change it at front desk. also,contacted expedia,had same answer. When I arrived there,their frontdesk guy was really rude and just keep saying they cannot do it, and keep yelling "give me your credit card for security deposits. Thats the only thing you can do". I have no clue how they were trained. The sofa bed is pretty dirty. I don't know if they ever change bedsheet. my son has allergy, and keep sneezing for the whole night

Being from the Caribbean, where hospitality is a common practice in our communities, I appreciate the exclusive feel of the hotel; even though it was chilly, it seemed warm, comfortable, and clean. The staff's diversity was also acceptable but could be more inclusive, but all in all, it was pleasant. I don't know the policy about dogs, but your website should offer the option to avoid staying in rooms with pets or rooms adjacent to pets. Another thing I didn't like about it was the AC unit making noise all night long and clicking off and on. I'm assuming they will be replaced soon. And another is add a shuttle service from the airport tack the cost of the room fees.

Final comments

I know other hotels of your network and theyve been cleaner, but this was was good enough. The washing machine wasnt working, that was bad, despite we contacted the crew apparently they couldnt do much. The other thing was the crew size working at the restaurant for the breakfast. While it's interesting to know the peak times, doesn't sounds correct sizing the team to the average-lower demand. If you want to have your customers well served, has to be a better management of the kitchen using strategies to aleviate the load during the busiest times or put more people during thise busy hours. The team as a whole was very kind and careful, which is great.
