The room was clean. The entire staff was very friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant all were so kind and courteous! I loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express. I definitely would stay again!

I would like to commend John who works on the front desk, nothing was too much trouble for him, a mind of information, very friendly and always willing to have a chat. Every Holiday Inn needs a member of staff like John, such a wonderful, kind, caring gentleman.

My status in Canada is visitor and i can only have a debit card. Upon checking in, they refused to take my debit card, even cash money for the deposit and told me that they can refund me the amount i paid and " i can go search for another hotel". to note that I was by myself , i had no car. So my brother in law had to call his friend to insert his credit card. WHAT A TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE :) KEEP UP . The thing is that the manager could have accepted me paying cash for the deposit . At the end of the day we are not machines and we should work on finding resolutions :) ALSO, i called customer service and they did not call me back even to propose a solution.

The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and gave some great dining options. Walter in the breakfast area was super friendly. We had to get our keys rekeyed on day 2 which was a bit frustrating and the steam room wasn't functioning other than that we had a great stay.

We stayed for one night everything was good. 5 star overall. They ran out of eggs at breakfast though and I saw some 6 year old girl was scrapping the empty tray, then 5 minutes before close they brought out more than closed the doors which was wierd. Everything else was really good though. Big selection of food. Pancakes, sausages, bagel/bread, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and more. The pool is very nice and my dog was able to stay as well. PlayStation won't connect to the WiFi so can you have to hotspot from your phone.
