It is right at the junction of two busy highways. We had a room facing the junction. As a result, it was extremely noisy with traffic noise all night (it was a Saturday). Hard to get any sleep.

did not have rollaway also your site said no queen rooms and they had two queen bed but want to charge me the same price i booked a king suit because of this told me it’s your fault and to book directly with hotel i would of got the price of a Queen room two beds in future i think ill book with hotel and i’ll go through travel agent for further bookings really disappointed with expidea

It's almost in Brampton, very edge of Vaughan. 25 min to Maple. Mistakenly booked thinking it's near the mall and wonderland. High school kids group was there, noisy hallways and they didn't have room other than main floor so noise right outside the window. It was ok stay. Breakfast, WiFi, parking,pool.

Decent hotel in a decent area

Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn - and would recommended staying here if you happen to need a place in Vaughan. Pros: Modern looking, well maintained, clean, friendly staff, great pool/spa area, nice gym, good location (close to a load of places to eat) and a decent breakfast. Cons: Tends to be favoured by kids sports teams which while in itself isn’t an issue, it can get quite noisy in the evenings (more so with the loud parents than the kids!!) Just get earplugs, and you’ll be fine.

Rooms are very clean. However, being an older property the rooms tend to have a musty old smell. I have in the past had to request a new room as the odor was very strong. Air freshener wasn't doing the trick. My biggest issue is the shower being very slippery. There are no shower mats in the room and I find this extremely dangerous.
