The hotel is very close to the market, Dundas square, and a walking distance to the Distillery district. Rooms were cleaned every day. However, the first two days there was black hair in the sink and on the towel, although the towels and the bathroom were cleaned. Other than that, breakfast options were very good and everything else met expectations.

Great hotel and location. However - I was surprised when I received the bill. Expedia had quoted me one price and the hotel increased that room price substantially for my second and third nights! So - you cannot the trust the room price quoted by Expedia. Also, for each night, you are charged HST THREE times... once on the room itself, once on the Municipal Accommodation Tax (yes you pay a tax on a tax), and once on the New Municipal Accommodation tax. And of course - for the parking. Quite unbelievable.

Clean, quiet, perfect location for our trip, plus comfortable beds, all at a reasonable price. Pretty much everything I want from a hotel room. I will go out of the way to mention our room cleaner, Irma, who was so friendly, greeting us every day and also an excellent cleaner who went above and beyond, leaving us towel animals sculptures and kind notes, in addition to a spotless room. Much appreciated
