I have come to this hotel many times. It's convenient to the QEW and the GO station. Only downside was no microwave in the room for heating up bottles, (I was traveling with a toddler). Pool was a bit on the cool side but difficult to heat with all the windows. 5/5

It was Xmas and Boxing Day, so no one warned us we wouldn't have the usual breakfast in the Bistro. I often travel to Holiday Inns. If the company wants to keep customers, they should make the holidays just like any other day...pay staff time a half, give customers the same treatment as any other day and have everything available just like any other day. The front desk made the best of it, gave me 4 free water bottles. But Expedia said I'd be getting free breakfasts included. I got a muffin and coffee, help yourself. Some wraps were put out that I wouldn't touch. All in all, disappointing and a surprise that a hotel can't "function" normally during a holiday. Pay your staff better and keep your customers happier.

Everything about the stay was good. The temperature regulation system kept kicking the heater on at night which interrupted sleep a bit but otherwise was fine. And the internet was surprisingly spotty in my room and around the lobby. I reset my devices a few times but no change
