I chose this Holiday Inn for the free airport shuttle. The driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super professional and helpful. They made me feel like a valued guest. We stayed one night only, but the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the small tuck shop at the front desk with fresh sandwiches since we were hungry when we arrived. Having a Perkins on the property was fantastic for breakfast. Shout out to our excellent server Mandy. Thanks to all.

$25 to park, no free parking included.

Parking is not included. This is the first hotel that I’ve ever stayed at where you had to pay for parking. An extra $25. It should state on the booking site that parking is not free and you have to pay for parking. And no continental breakfast. For such a big hotel chain and no continental breakfast included is ridiculous. Let’s just say that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or ever stay there again.
