Excellent location for traveller arriving by public transport, only 4 subway stops from Union Station, then a 1 minute walk to the Hotel, easily walkable from Union Station also if no luggage. Shops,bars and restaurants all close by as well as all major attractions which are within walkable distance. Room was excellent, bed very comfy, breakfast is a must, house keeping also excellent as well as all staff in the hotel. 5 star stay would recommend and if going back to Toronto I would definitely stay there.

Check in/out staff-phenomenal. I had questions and went down to the front desk and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Staff at the Restaurant were also amazing as I ordered take out (which was delicious) to bring back to our room. 12/th floor hallway carpets were looking a little rough and dirty but the rooms were very clean for this picky traveller. Would definitely stay again.

We were initially on third floor on the first night, which was awful night sleep due to and very tired. Requested to be removed as we were therefore eight nights with a child then they kindly put us upstairs on 10th floor which was a quiet zone area which was very good. The location of hotel was excellent. If I ever went back to Toronto I would definitely use the same hotel with no hesitation to bear in mind if you are staying there request rooms and Hire floors.

I think the staff here are terrific, from front desk to housekeeping. My room (suite) was spotless and had extra pillows should I need more than the four large on the king-size bed. Beds are very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room is Keurig, Tim Hortons k-cups. Soaps and lotions provided are all Dove products. There is a Loblaws grocer (with anything grocery you need, including hot deli items) a couple of buildings over, and a bulk store a couple of buildings over, both same side of the street as this hotel. Yonge Street is a two minute walk; Eatons Centre is a ten minute walk. The only thing missing from each room is a microwave, however there is a microwave room for all guests on the 2nd floor.
