The check in was painful had to come to front desk three times. Due to key issues. My room had electrical issues. Front desk didn't think it was a big deal. Broken outlets with sparks is a big deal to me and very unsafe. Had to leave my room for this to address the problem. Definitely will not return to this hotel after the terrible service received.

The location of this property is excellent, but there are a few concerns, regarding soundproofing. You can hear a lot of noise from the corridor, especially during the night. Additionally, the parking gate is frequently broken, so I have to get a new ticket and validated at the front desk every time I come back. The front desk staff even blamed me, saying I didn’t know how to use it properly.

Best weekend ever!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to our plans while in town, and we will absolutely stay again! Great service, great breakfast buffet, easy cab hop in/hop out in front, a great little bar and a convenience store right in the lobby! See you next time we’re in Toronto :)
