I had requested a room away from the elevator, but instead, our room was right beside the elevator and we had a terrible night constantly disturbed. In the morning, realized our coffee maker was not working, I went to front desk and ask if we could just have coffee in the restaurant but we were told that we had not paid for that privilege. Very poor customer service
