Airport shuttle definitely a plus we used it along with the express train at terminal 1 at Toronto airport to get downtown Toronto as it leaves hotel every 1/2. Runs 24 hours a day. Staff at hotel restaurant very friendly a great experience every morning for breakfast . Desk staff also all very pleasant would definitely go back there

Great overnight stay for early YYZ pick up.

Daughter was coming in on early flight so my friend and went to Toronto the night before. Price point was excellent. Brian at the front desk gave EXCEPTIONAL service ensuring people who were trying to skip the line ahead of me knew it was my turn. He explained everything needed. We ate at YYZ BISTO on the main floor and had the most amazing burger and pizza! Beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Parking was room key access only so there were no fears there. A really great overnight stay!

The major problem with the hotel is the lack of communication. There’s not enough service at the front desk to manage the call volume that they’re having and due to that I would not stay there again because I need those that need to speak to me to be able to get through to the office.

The main floor of the property was great and the free breakfast buffet was amazing, but the room was very outdated, air con was super noisy, they must have done a ceiling repair in our room and painted and there was paint all over the floor and mirror.

The room was overpriced for what you’re getting. Our stay in Banff at a beautiful resort style hotel was less per night. Upon arriving I was charged the full amount of my stay even though I had paid through expedia, the staff at the counter recognized this after being questioned later and ensured the full amount would be refunded with the “security deposit” , still waiting for that to happen. Aside from that the hotel was as expected. Nice view of the airport which for me as an aviation enthusiast was great. Parking was convenient and secure which was big for me leaving my vehicle there for our vacation time. Shuttle to and from the airport was nice too. Would stay again but be careful of the billing stuff at the desk.
