Was unable to take a hit shower- water never got hot enough. Breakfast is included but could be better. Bread and things are fine but the proposed eggs and sausage are so hard and Dry. It doesn’t live up to the Hilton standards. When we were asked how our stay was, we explained we couldn’t take a hot shower, they just said the boiler wasn’t working well and they would fix it but it doesn’t make our stay better, no rebate then or perhaps on another stay. After driving for 8 hours I was looking toward to hot shower .it was cold. Left it run for my partner and still wasn’t hot for second person….

Lots of dirt and greasy smudges on bathroom doors and couches don’t look like they’ve been cleaned. Looks like a tear in the couch and bathroom conditioner is out in the shower

Our room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We love the room. The was horrible. The eggs were cold and rubbery, the sausage patties were like eating cardboard. It was cold as well. No honey for the tea.
