Breakfast was so busy every morning and nothing was ever available. Room was dirty and had to keep asking for things. Staff were very nice and helpful. Construction going on all around the hotel. Limited parking as well.

Check in was advertised as 3:00 PM. Parking was lot almost empty when we arrived at 4:00 PM but our room was not ready. Short staffed in housekeeping I suspect. After a flurry of activity we finally were assigned a similar room within 15 minutes. Front desk staff need coaching on customer service protocols.

We booked our stay for a soccer tournament. The Reception staff were excellent and friendly. The BBQs available at the hotel made for a wonderful experience for the team. Definitely would stay there again for a tournament.
