The friendly staff made our stay that more comfortable,our flight was late getting in and we didn’t make to the hotel until well past 11 pm. The night staff got us checked in and to our rooms in no time. A great experience,I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was quiet and the room layout was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The condition of the room and corridors was poor. There were significant scratches on the doors and walls. The ottoman in the sitting area was very worn. They had done work on the bathroom ceiling that was very poor, light fixtures were banged up and bases were rusty. Will not book at this hotel again.

We stayed here for one night on our way through to the east coast. All staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of free, easily accessible parking. The only negative for me was that the cheese slices at breakfast were Kraft Singles torn in half....that's a strange area to cut costs at a $300/night hotel in Toronto....
