The receptionist was professional however she was unaware of the policies. I called earlier in the week to ensure I was on the same floor as a family member. I was assured I was. Upon checkin I was not. Receptionist also advised me that the basketball was available at an additional fee. We have never paid for basketball. Upon waiting for her to cofirm; it ended up being free since they have never charged for it

PROS: Room was absolutely spotless. cleaners came in daily to refresh towels and remake bed. You can book a ride in the Tesla for short trips (remember to book it when you arrive). Tennis was fun, roof top pool was amazing and screening room was more fun that i can tell you. Food great, service great.CONS: the pool had 2 loungers beside it (it is winter) and 2 small chairs. They could really use more as there was a lot of space and not enough chairs, even for the few people that used the indoor/outdoor pool in -20C weather! Also, the mattresses were a bit too hard and there should be more pillows on the beds (2 per bed is not enough - should be more as they were rather flat) - all in all - excellent experience and i would definitely go back again
