Front desk staff were very friendly. Location and proximity to Bud Stage excellent. Rooms are spacious and updated however our bathroom was not cleaned properly and had visible blood stains behind door and on tile. I inquired for it to be cleaned and it wasn't. Also, our toilet tank made continuous gurgling/water pressure sounds which was bothersome when trying to sleep.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Budweiser stage. We were provided with complimentary shuttle rides to and from the YTZ airport. We also had free rides to the Eaton centre and anywhere within 5km of the hotel. All staff were super helpful, it felt just like being at a Disney resort. Our lakeside room had a gorgeous view and was so very clean.

Hotel itself is superb but the location is not the greatest. They had the Tesla ride service but it was stuck in traffic when we booked it. Front desk did get us a cab but we were late for our restaurant reservation as a result. Hotel staff were great nonetheless!

Wonderful hotel location for our concert at the Budweiser Stage. They also have a car service using Tesla’s that will take you anywhere within 5 km of the hotel.
