This hotel is in a great location. Josh and Ray at the front desk were great and provided excellent customer service. I travel often and this was the best hotel stay I've had in a while.

Room was nice, very quiet for Toronto. Loved that the TV had a Chromecast. Only downside was the bathroom - there's a frosted window next to the bed that looks into the bathroom. Not only does it make you feel exposed, you also can't get up to go in the middle of the night without lighting up the whole room. They did tell us they're going to be renovating and removing them, so that's nice to know.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and were very quick to deliver extra pillows and a phone charger. Parking at $40 a day is expensive.
