The room is old early 90s style it need to be upgraded, the lobby is the nicest part of the hotel, we ask for early check in and was told they will do whatever to accommodate us and when we when there they charge ur $50 from 7am-12pm and $30 from 12-4 they didn't honor the email we got the receptionists say she dont know who send the email email when we showed it to her and she see it was send from them

Found the parking given what I paid for the room to be a bit pricey, but it was convenient. I only chose to drive because of all the Go and TTC disruptions, so it was an added expense I wasn't hoping for. But overall a great stay.

Nothing really like except some staff. But the Room that I had paid a Premium Corner Room was so tiny with bathroom next to the Bed that I it gave me anxieties. Although I asked for a different room and that room was OK; but still for the almost $600 US Dollars per night it was still not the room I had expected. No more at this hotel, ever.

The hotel is centrally located downtown Toronto within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and theatres. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dining is limited but breakfast is very good. The room was adequate. Good choice for location without a lot of frills.

The front desk was most accommodating. When heard it was our 50th Anniversary they compted us bar drinks, early and late check-in/check-out, free parking. The dining room for dinner was excellent. Wonderful service, excellent food for very reasonably priced meal.

Although on the expensive side this is a lovely hotel, with spacious rooms and extremely kind and helpful staff. The area is great with plenty of dining options around and the Eaton Centre about a 15 min walk away. The gym is well equipped (for a hotel).
