Everytime we go to Toronto, Intercontinental is our home away from home! Its clean, convenient, family friendly, have the best staff and best of all, they have Nespresso! Just learned from our last stay tho that not all room has Nespresso, we unfortunately booked a non-premium room and was disappointed at first but Nimesha made it all better! She gave us an upgrade, and when she found out we were celebrating my husbands birthday, she also sent us a cake! Now thats customer service! Thank you so much for making our weekend extra special, we appreciate it so very much! Will definitely be coming back.

The Club level provided great amenities, like breakfast and evening cocktail hour with hot small bites. Great place to start the day and take a break between day and evening events. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. The location can't be beat - walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centers, ScotiaBank Arena, Aquarium, Union Station, Convention Center. All within a couple of blocks. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed for a couple of nights for a concert nearby. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. I really liked how walkable the area is as I try to avoid renting a car while traveling. We could walk to the stadium as well as several restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
