Perfect location for a girls night in the city. Came in for a concert at Scotiabank. We arrived early and were able to check-in early. Walked to The Well and Eaton’s Center, both super close. Lots of dinning options within walking distance. Very close to Union Station

The staff was amazing all around including a call I had to make prior to arriving. Very helpful. The pool and hot tub are delightful and tge proximatey to everything worrh seeing without a car is perfect. It was raining outside and tge hotel concierge brought me an umbrella to use without asking. Top notch hotel all around.

When I checked in they stated my room cost was higher than the amount confirmed by Expedia. I showed them the confirmation email but the clerk had to clear it with the manager. It took a while but only paid the Expedia amount. It would be helpful if I was told I also had to put a refundable amount of $125. on my deposit.

I cannot recommend this hotel, in spite of its pleasant staff, location and cleanliness. It has so many flaws: extra charges slipped on to the bill (guests beware), closets designed for men (no room for long or short dresses), bathroom mirror unsuited for makeup, not enough chairs at pool....the list goes on. I booked 3 rooms - never again.

We had booked a Lake view room, but when we checked in this wasn't available so we got a standard room instead. The restaurant opposite the hotel, Scaddabush, was very nice for dinner and even the take out options are nice to take back to the room after a long day.
