Good hotel in the heart of the action. Clean property and welcoming staff. Elevator to parking garage wasn’t working for a few days presenting accessibility and vehicle loading issues. I noticed a lovely courtyard outside our room but wasn’t sure or told if that was accessible to all guests, might have been nice to know either way.

A perfect location right in the hub of the downtown Toronto and the Yorkville area, so close to shopping and the ROM and the subway. The hotel itself has a boutique feel, excellent friendly front desk service. Very clean, the pool was great. Overall excellent, and will definitely go back again.
