Clean and a very convenient location! Bar was great! Bartender Vlad was nice and very knowledgeable about the drinks he was mixing.We ordered something to eat and it was delicious! We walked all over the city site seeing for long days and the only thing I would have enjoyed at the end of the day would have been a hot tub.

Great and central location in downtown Toronto. Steps away from the museum, Yorkville shops, university and subway. Service at the front desk and restaurant is slow and they aren’t very attentive (not refilling coffee, only one person at the front desk during peak check in/check out hours). Breakfast quality is ok (eggs lukewarm temperature) but not worth the money. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the past 30 years. It was better when it was an Intercontinental.

The food was horrible. I ordered Rom service 4 different times and the quality was terrible. Worse than fast food joints. I tried Breakfast twice and dinner twice. All 4 experiences were very unpleasant and extremely expensive for the quality. Very disappointed.

Staff are always courteous and attentive. Breakfast is as good as any five star and the rooms are spacious. Proof bar mixes fine cocktails and is a relaxing place to unwind. This and Philosophers walk every day makes it a go to for me

Fantastic stay. I’m always treated well but the staff went above and beyond as I was staying for my wedding. The valet was quick and convenient. The bellboy nicely moved our luggage. Our servers in the main restaurant and the breakfast were wonderful. I will absolutely be staying here again when I need to be near downtown. Thank you

They gave me a room that they said was an upgrade but it is the worst room I ever stayed in at this hotel. The temperature was too hot and wouldn't adjust down when we checked in. After they adjusted is was cooler but when we got cold the temperature would not adjust upward.
