Great hotel in a great location, steps from Union Station and Scotiabank Place. Also wonderful customer service, we were there to celebrate a milestone birthday, and upon check in our room had flowers, balloons, wine and a card. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful, well-kept, and clean accommodation topped up with very helpful & friendly employees. The location is excellent for events at Scotiabank Center…all under the same roof! Close to Roger’s Center..just a 5 min walk & minutes from the train & subway. We have visited Toronto many times but our stay at Germain was the best ever

Great place!!

Always love staying at this hotel. Sound proof rooms are what I require :) to sleep in a hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are huge. It’s right next door to Scotiabank arena, walking distance to Roger’s Centre and a short cab ride to any other activity.
